1. Return Application Conditions
- You need to submit a return application within 7 calendar days after receiving the purchased clothing products (including long dresses, midi dresses and knitted tops). Failure to do so within the time limit will be deemed an automatic waiver of the right of return. The period can be adjusted appropriately after verification.
- The products applied for return must be in a brand-new, unused state, with no stains or damages on the clothing surface, and all accessories such as tags and care labels must be intact and uncut, without affecting secondary sales (for example, knitted tops must not have snags or pilling, and long dresses/midi dresses must not have skirt hem wear or fabric deformation). If the product is damaged due to your personal use or improper cleaning, or if accessories are missing, it will not meet the return conditions.
- The returned products must be consistent with the original order information, including product style, size, color, etc., and must be accompanied by the original packaging (such as brand-specific packaging boxes and dust bags). If the packaging is lost, you must explain this in advance when submitting the application, and we will assess whether it meets the return requirements based on the actual situation.
2. Return Application Process

- Review Confirmation: After the application is approved, we will inform you of the return instructions, including the return address and logistics requirements, via your reserved email or phone number (+86-19985607817); if the application is not approved, we will explain the reasons in detail (such as exceeding the application time limit, the product not meeting the return conditions, etc.), and you can supplement materials or communicate further based on the feedback.
- Return the Product: You need to send the qualified returned products back to the designated return address (see "5. Return Address" below for address information) via a formal logistics company within 5 calendar days after receiving the approval notice. When returning the product, please enclose a note in the package, indicating the order number, consignee's name, and contact phone number to facilitate us in verifying the package information; you need to advance the return shipping fee. - Package Inspection and Refund: After receiving the package you returned, we will complete the inspection within 3 working days. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing cycle of the payment platform or bank (usually 1-7 working days). 3. Explanation of Special Cases
- If the product you received has obvious quality issues (such as unravelled threads on knitted tops, damaged zippers on long dresses, large-area stains on the fabric of midi dresses, etc.), please contact us via phone (+86-19985607817) or email (customer@cursopolitica.com) within 24 hours after receiving the goods, and provide actual photos of the product issues. We will give priority to handling such applications and can provide return, exchange, or re-delivery services according to your needs, and we will bear all related shipping fees.
- Customized products (if you have customized long dresses, midi dresses or knitted tops with special sizes or patterns through official channels) are unique and do not support returns except for quality issues; if there is a quality problem with the customized product, we will re-make it for you free of charge or process a full refund, and the specific solution can be determined through negotiation with us.
- If force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, logistics disruptions) prevent you from returning the product on time or prevent us from inspecting the package in a timely manner, both parties can communicate through official website announcements or contact channels and agree on a separate processing time to ensure that your rights are not affected.
4. Supplementary Refund Rules
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount you paid when placing the order, excluding additional fees incurred after the order is generated (such as expedited delivery fees, insurance fees, etc., which are not part of the product cost and will not be refunded).
- If your order involves multiple products and you only apply for the return of some products, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual paid amount of those products, and you must ensure that the non-returned products do not affect secondary sales. If the non-returned products cannot be sold secondarily due to being associated with the returned products (such as split sets), we will not accept the partial return application, and you need to return all products.
