1. Global Shipping Methods and Rules
(1) Standard Shipping
- Applicable Scope: Standard Shipping covers most countries and regions around the world (the specific list of supported countries/regions can be found on the "Delivery Information" page of the official website www.cursopolitica.com). Whether you are in North America, Europe, Asia, or Oceania, as long as your region is within our delivery scope, you can choose Standard Shipping to send the long dresses, midi dresses, knitted tops, and other products you purchased.
- Shipping Fee Calculation Rules: Standard Shipping adopts a fixed rate combined with the order amount for billing. The specific rule is: when your order amount (only the product amount, excluding other fees) is in the range of
95 (including $95), you need to pay a standard shipping fee of $7.50; the order amount is calculated based on the product price in US dollars displayed on the official website when you place the order. If the order contains multiple products, the total amount of all products will be automatically accumulated to determine the shipping fee tier. For example, if you purchase a long dress priced at 25, the total order amount is $93, and you need to pay a shipping fee of $7.50; if you only purchase a midi dress priced at $95, you also need to pay a shipping fee of $7.50.
- Delivery Time: The delivery time of Standard Shipping is affected by the destination country/region, customs clearance speed, and logistics service provider efficiency. Under normal circumstances, calculated from the time the product is shipped out of the warehouse and handed over to the international logistics service provider (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.), the delivery time to major countries in North America and Europe (such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany) is 7-15 working days, 5-10 working days to some countries/regions in Asia (such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore), and 10-20 working days to Oceania and other regions. It should be specially noted that the delivery time does not include the product preparation time (the preparation time for in-stock products is within 3 working days, and the preparation time for pre-ordered products is subject to the description on the product details page) and customs clearance time (customs clearance time is usually 1-7 working days, which is determined by local customs policies).
- Logistics Tracking: After your order is shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number and logistics tracking link to the email address you provided when placing the order. You can click the link to jump to the official website of the logistics service provider, or log in to the "My Orders" page on the "Cursopolitica" official website and enter the order number to query the real-time logistics status (including the location of the product, transportation stage, estimated delivery time, etc.). If the logistics information is not updated for a long time (more than 3 working days), you can inform us of the order number and logistics tracking number via the contact email customer@cursopolitica.com, and we will help contact the logistics service provider to verify the transportation progress.
(2) Free Shipping
- Applicable Conditions: Free Shipping is a preferential shipping method we launched to improve the consumer shopping experience. The applicable condition is: if the total amount of your order (only the product amount, excluding other fees) exceeds, you can automatically enjoy the Free Shipping service without the need to receive an additional discount code or meet other conditions. For example, if you purchase a long dress priced at $100, or a combination of a mid-length dress and a knitted top with a total price of $120, you can directly choose Free Shipping without paying any shipping fees.
- Coverage and Delivery Time: The coverage of Free Shipping is the same as that of Standard Shipping, covering most regions around the world that support delivery. In terms of delivery time, Free Shipping is consistent with Standard Shipping, i.e., 7-15 working days to major countries in North America and Europe, 5-10 working days to some countries/regions in Asia, and 10-20 working days to Oceania and other regions. It also does not include product preparation time and customs clearance time. If you want to speed up the delivery, we do not currently provide expedited shipping services. If there are any adjustments in the future, we will update the information in a timely manner on the "Shipping Policy" page of the official website.
- Order Splitting Instructions: If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-ordered products, to ensure that you receive the in-stock products as soon as possible, we may split the order for shipment (in-stock products are shipped first, and pre-ordered products are shipped separately after preparation is completed). In this case, as long as the total amount of your original order exceeds $95, each sub-order after splitting will enjoy the Free Shipping service without paying additional shipping fees. After splitting the order for shipment, we will send the logistics tracking number of each sub-order to your reserved email address separately, and you can track the logistics status of each sub-order.
2. Shipping-Related Precautions
- Requirements for Filling in the Delivery Address: To avoid delayed delivery, loss or return of products due to incorrect address information, you need to ensure that the address information is complete and accurate when filling in the delivery address, including country/region, city, street name, house number, apartment number (if any), postal code and contact phone number (it is recommended to fill in a local mobile phone number to facilitate the logistics service provider to contact you before delivery). If you fill in the address in English, you need to pay attention to the spelling accuracy of the street name and city name, and avoid using abbreviations (e.g., "St." is recommended to be filled in as "Street", "Apt." is recommended to be filled in as "Apartment"). If the product is returned due to incorrect address information, the resulting return shipping fee (usually 30, depending on the logistics service provider's charge) shall be borne by you. After we receive the returned product, we will process a refund of the product amount after deducting the return shipping fee for you.
- Customs Clearance and Tax Instructions: Since we provide global shipping services, products need to go through the customs clearance process of the destination country/region during cross-border transportation. The documents required for customs clearance (such as commercial invoices, product lists, etc.) are uniformly provided by us, and you do not need to prepare additional documents. However, it should be specially noted that the customs of some countries/regions will levy import duties, value-added taxes, or other taxes (hereinafter referred to as "import taxes") on imported products in accordance with local laws and regulations. Such taxes are directly collected by the local customs from you, and we do not assume the obligation of withholding and remitting taxes, nor do we include taxes in the product price or shipping fee. If you refuse to pay the import taxes and the product is detained or returned by the customs, the resulting return shipping fee and related losses shall be borne by you.
- Product Packaging Instructions: To ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation, we will package the long dresses, midi dresses, and knitted tops you purchased using brand-specific packaging (including hard packaging boxes, dust bags, shockproof foam, etc.). At the same time, basic product information (such as product name, quantity, order number) and the delivery address will be marked on the outside of the package. If you have special packaging needs (such as gift packaging), we do not currently provide relevant services. If such services are launched in the future, we will issue a notice in the "Customer Service" section of the official website.
3. Handling of Common Problems During Shipping
- Handling of Delayed Product Delivery: If you have not received the purchased product beyond the estimated delivery time, you can first confirm whether the product is still in transit through the logistics tracking link (e.g., delayed due to customs clearance, transportation hindered by bad weather); if the logistics information shows "Delivered" but you have not actually received the product, it may be that the logistics service provider has temporarily stored the product in a local self-pickup point or a neighbor has received it on your behalf. It is recommended that you first contact the logistics service provider (you can query the local customer service phone number of the service provider through the logistics tracking number) to verify the receipt status. If it is confirmed that there is a delivery abnormality with the product, you can inform us of the order number and specific situation via the contact phone +86-19985607817, and we will help you communicate with the logistics service provider and follow up on the problem-solving progress (such as locating the product, arranging re-delivery, etc.).
- Handling of Damaged or Lost Products: If you find that the product is damaged due to transportation (such as torn long dress hem, snags on the knitted top, product soiling caused by packaging damage, etc.) after receiving the product, you need to submit an application via the contact email customer@cursopolitica.com within 48 hours of receipt, and provide clear photos of the damaged part of the product (at least 3 photos, including the overall appearance, damage details and order number) at the same time. We will review the application within 3 working days after receiving it. After confirming that the damage is caused by transportation, we will provide you with a free re-delivery or full refund service (the re-delivered product still enjoys the shipping method of the original order, and no additional shipping fee is required). If the logistics information shows that the product is lost during transportation, we will process a full refund for you within 5 working days after confirming the loss (including the product amount and the paid shipping fee; if it is a Free Shipping order, the full product amount will be refunded), or arrange re-delivery according to your needs. The specific solution can be determined through negotiation with us.
- Handling of Shipping After Order Cancellation: If you apply to cancel the order after placing it but before the product is shipped, we will immediately stop the product preparation and shipping process after the review is approved to avoid unnecessary logistics costs; if you apply to cancel the order after the product is shipped, you need to first contact us to inform the order number, and we will help you submit an order interception application to the logistics service provider. If the interception is successful (the product has not left the departure warehouse or entered the destination customs), we will process a full refund for you after the product is returned (deducting the incurred logistics fee; if it is a Free Shipping order, the basic shipping fee of $7.50 will be deducted); if the interception fails (the product has entered the middle stage of transportation or has been cleared by customs), you need to process the return in accordance with the return policy after receiving the product. The shipping fee incurred during the return shall be borne by you (except for order cancellation caused by our reasons, such as product quality problems, inventory errors, etc.).
